Our cleaning process begins with a full inspection of each rug to determine make, fiber content, condition, any possible repairs needed and any other special considerations for that particular rug. Our Wool Safe process is the finest available. All rugs are expertly cleaned by hand at our shop in Flagstaff. We treat each rug as if it were our own.
